    4/25 GT Game Night & Programs

    Join us for April's GT board game night, kid and parent programs. Board game play and programs are free and open to anyone. Capstone Gifted will present a "GiftED Exchange for Gifted Families" program for parents to learn about the latest apps, tech and games to use at home to engage children.


    The parent program is an opportunity to learn about new resources and network with other parents and gifted professionals in a risk-free environment and is modeled after the popular “Creativity Potpourri/ GiftED Exchange” offered at the TAGT annual conference for educators. It's been designed specifically for a parent audience. This session will be engaging, loud, fun and fast-paced. You'll also have the chance to win door prizes!


    Children are also invited to enjoy a free kid program with exciting brain challenges and fun games.


    What: GT Game Night, Parent & Kid Programs (all free for anyone)
    When: Tuesday, April 25, 6-8 p.m.
    Where: Clark Middle School cafeteria, 4600 Colby Dr., Frisco

    5/10 Lunch & Learn

    Join us for a casual discussion on the topic of "Balancing Summer Activities." This Lunch & Learn is produced in partnership with FGA Community Sponsor Capstone Gifted Services. This event is open to both members and non-members.


    RSVP required due to limited seating. Participants purchase their own lunch.

    Frisco Gifted Association is a non-profit organization of parents, educators, and community members who are committed to supporting and creating expanded opportunities for the education of gifted and talented students under age 19 and their families. FGA supports and encourages and facilitates the development of such programs, both within the public schools and as extra-curricular activities utilizing community and individual resources.

    Q.care is on-demand after-hours pediatric urgent care service. Use Q.care's app for a FREE nurse triage or a house call. With just a touch of a button, experienced pediatric specialists will be at your home to treat, diagnose and prescribe medication if needed. Your child will receive a complete history and physical as well as any diagnostic test needed without ever leaving the comfort of their couch. Q.care treats a wide variety of childhood common conditions from age birth to 18 years old, including in-home strep and flu tests. Q.care is available weekdays, 2–10 p.m. and weekends, 8 a.m.–10 p.m.

    The Sci-Tech Discovery Center provides dynamic educational experiences that inspire people of all ages and backgrounds to embrace discovery and innovation through the active exploration of science, math and technology.

    The purpose of SAGE (Special & Gifted Education) is to provide education and support to parents and educators of diverse learners through meaningful communication. SAGE also includes 504 students/families. SAGE is a Frisco ISD Council of PTAs committee.
